Originally from the cornfields of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jaz brings her genuine warmth and positive energy to Nashville, TN. With a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa, she thrives on meaningful connections, heartfelt conversations, and building lasting relationships. Jaz is thrilled to welcome you!

Her journey in the salon world began as a receptionist at Juut Salonspa—the very first Aveda salon founded by Horst Rechelbacher. From there, she worked her way up, eventually helping to build and lead a team that remains the heart of the company today. After that, she began her journey to Nashville to become a sales consultant. She was the one who brought Milbon into the salon, so if you need any product recommendations, Jaz is your girl! Jaz is passionate about creating a salon experience that is seamless, relaxing, welcoming, and full of joy. She believes true beauty begins within and loves helping others express it through hair, makeup, and personal style.

When she’s not at the salon, you can find Jaz exploring new destinations, dancing in hip-hop classes, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, watching WNBA games (especially Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever!), enjoying live music, or simply sharing a smile. Her love for life, family, and friends shines through everything she does—and she can’t wait to make you feel at home at Encore Off Main!
