Originally from the sunny shores of South Laguna Beach, CA, Laura has brought her vibrant energy to Thompson Station, TN. With a BA in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, Laura thrives on meaningful connections—building relationships is the foundation of both her life and career.

A retired RDH, Laura transitioned into salon management after raising her children and quickly found her home in the beauty industry. With years of experience, she ensures everything at Encore Off Main runs seamlessly for both staff and clients. Laura believes true beauty starts from within, and she loves helping others express it through hair, makeup, and fashion.

Outside the salon, Laura is passionate about photography, fitness, and rescuing dogs in need. A devoted mom to 23-year-old twins, a loving partner to Chuck, and an advocate for the underdog, Laura’s zest for life shines through in everything she does.
